1. Service Description

FazAds is an AI-powered advertising video generation platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.

Videos are generated by AI models and results may vary depending on the prompt provided, the selected model and processing conditions.

2. Credits System

FazAds operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased by the user and consumed for each video generated. Credits are debited at the time of the video generation request.

Credits consumed for video generation are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical failure as described in section 3.

Unused credits remain in the user's account and have no expiration date.

3. AI-Generated Results — No Refund

As this is an AI-based service, generated results may not exactly match the user's expectations. We do not offer refunds for videos whose quality, content or style do not meet the user's expectations, since the nature of AI involves variability in results.

In the event of a technical failure (processing error, video not generated, system failure), credits are automatically returned to the user's account. If this does not happen automatically, the user must contact our support.

4. Errors and Technical Support

If the user encounters any error or unexpected behavior on the platform, they must immediately notify our support team via email suporte@fazads.pro.

We commit to analyzing and resolving reported technical issues. In cases of proven technical failure, the corresponding credits will be refunded.

5. Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to use FazAds to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory, obscene or offensive content
• Create videos that violate third-party rights
• Produce misleading or fraudulent content
• Any activity that violates applicable law

FazAds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without the right to a credit refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Videos generated by FazAds are for use by the user who created them. The user may use generated videos for commercial and personal purposes.

FazAds does not claim ownership over videos generated by users, but reserves the right to use anonymized examples for promotional and service improvement purposes.

The FazAds brand, logo and other visual elements of the platform are the exclusive property of FazAds and may not be reproduced without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

FazAds is not responsible for:

• AI-generated results that do not meet user expectations
• Misuse of videos generated by the user
• Temporary service unavailability due to maintenance or external factors
• Indirect damages resulting from use of the platform

8. Changes to the Terms

FazAds may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
